Once again JOBEL is the first e-log solution qualified by DFO for the 2019 season.
JOBEL is mandatory for Quebec lobster fishermen in 2019 in zones 19 to 22 and commercial herring fishermen in zones 16a and 16b.
Quebec snow crab and shrimp fisheries can also use JOBEL from 2019 as well as snow crab fishermen, lobster fishermen and shrimp fishermen under DFO Gulf region.
